Edit Smart Addresses in new Mail messages

While I also hate non-descriptive subject lines, the way Outlook deals with it is nasty. It will actually modify the message *in the message store.* In other cases I have seen Outlook go as far as removing or altering MIME alternative message bodies. So you can never know that the message you are seeing, is the same as the message you received. A mail client should never modify the original message! If it wants to modify the message *presentation to the user*, that is fine.
