Great tip...but...
...it's amazing that this has not been addressed yet via a firmware update. I mean, they can scrap the Menu/Backlight feature, but podcasts still can't play sequentially. [After talking to an AppleStore Genius, I understand the Menu/Backlight change, BTW.]
Great tip...but...
I ran into this problem too. Now all I do is create a smartplaylist that contains rules that only show up podcasts that have never been played and that have a rating of nothing. That way, once I'm in the middle of a podcast and no longer want to listen to it I can give it a rating above 0 and it will drop out of the smart playlist. The other effect is that the playlist will play all the way through.
Great tip...but...
What do you mean, the backlight/menu feature?
Great tip...but...
Well, before the recent update, holding the MENU button would toggle the backlight on and off. Now, it snaps back to the Main menu. |
