startup key combinations I want to see

mccallister - In situations such as your first where you need to boot a shut down Mac from a CD, I usually boot into Open Firmware (command-option-o-f) then type "eject cd" to eject the CD tray, insert the CD then type "eject cd" again to close the cd tray. I then type "mac-boot" to start the boot process and hold down the "c" key. Not as elegant as a "wait" boot command, but certainly better than killing power mid-boot.

jaknudsen - I believe there is a way to eject the CD tray from the Open Firmware System Picker screen, but I can't for the life of me remember what it is. I want to say it's command-period, but I could be mistaken.
