What happened to the Queen Mothers' birthday - the May 24th weekend is the first LONG weekend of the summer. Also the Civic Holiday (called various names depending on where you live) in August. Another long welcome holiday weekend... Pete

In Québec, Queen Mothers' birthday is called «Â Fête des Patriotes », previously named (and stilled called like that by most people) «Â Fête de Dollard ». England's monarchy was never very popular around here ;-)

It's not the Queen Mother's Day, it's Victoria Day, in honour of Queen Victoria's birthday on May 24. Get it right, eh? And don't forget Tim Hortons Day!

Is there any way to display these and just the US holidays that don't overlap? I want to know what my US friends are doing MLK day, but don't need "New Years," "New Years," filling the calendar. |
