Note to the oringinal author: Are you absolutely sure command-c (and v) works on files in the Finder?? My experience says not, not to mention I just tried it on your recommendation.

It may not be a widespread problem, but I sure had it. I still have to thank the author profusely for finding this out.

I've found the easiest way to do this is to have both widget package contents windows open, command-select all three files in the People widget's Images folder, then option-drag (which changes move to copy) them to the Business widget's Images folder. I guess I'm just being picky, though.

10.4: Fix the Business widget's Address Book feature

I am having problems with my Business widget all together ever since the 10.4.4 update. I cannot open it at all ever since i downloaded the update. But i tried following this to hopefully correct the issue, and found out, i don't even have an "Images" folder inside the Contents folder of the Business widget. I am unable to create a new folder.

At first i wasn't able to Copy and Paste the 3 items from the People>Contents>Images folder to the Business>Contens (No Images folder), so i just Option clicked and dragged it over. I am still unable to open it. Thanks to anyone who can help me on this!

Actually the command-c and command-v part of this hint was inserted by Rob. However, this DOES work (or, SHOULD work). You should be able to copy and past Finder items all day. Something is amiss in your system, methinks.

Cmd-V didn't work for me at first, either. But that's because the owner of /Library/Widgets and /Library/Widgets/Images was system, and admin had only read privileges. Even drag and drop won't work in that case! (Authentication won't do any good if you don't have write privileges.) Changes admin's privileges to read/write in the Finder or in Terminal and you will be able to copy.

Great hint. MacOSXHints saves me yet again!
