10.4: Trash images via keyboard shortcut in Preview
I don't know if anyone will see this but I seem to be having a problem with Preview. I can delete things that I am looking at in preview by dragging it to the trash, or using the delete key, , but if I try to drag an image from the drawer to the desktop to make a copy or an alias, it won't work. It just comes up with a white circle with a line through it. I remember being able to do this in Panther but I'm not sure if I ever was able to do it in Tiger or not. Anyway, is anyone else able to use the command key or option key in preview when dragging an image from the drawer to the desktop? Help!

I can confirm that the trick of dragging a file from the tray to the trash used to work for me on 10.3.9 and now does not on 10.4.6 (on a Intel Duo).
