I'm the author of this one, I posted it on comp.sys.mac.system. A few things

1) It only works on Carbon, not Cocoa. Someone said there's a defaults item for Cocoa but
I haven't found it if so.

2) The space after the semicolon shouldn't be there. The OS is very picky about the format
of this file; that may be causing problems. (OTOH, it may not)

3) The MINSIZE setting is ignored if the ANTIALIASING setting is 0. Otherwise it is the size
below which no anti-aliasing occurs.

4) You have to log out or reboot before it takes effect.
