10.4: Add Nokia 9300 iSync support
Does this trick for the Nokia 9300 still work under MacOSX 10.4.3 with iSync 2.1.1? I'm just asking, as I followed all steps, but I can't even get the iSync buttons showing up in the Bluetooth Setup Utility...
10.4: Add Nokia 9300 iSync support
Yes, it seems to work with iSync 2.1.1. The update wipes out the 9300 changes in MetaClasses.plist so they have to be made again.
10.4: Add Nokia 9300 iSync support
In response to BeerCake and to IvanX, this fix does no longer work for a Nokia 9300, with iSync 2.2.1 and Tiger 10.4.3 :-(
10.4: Add Nokia 9300 iSync support
Just copy the iSync 2.1.1 Application from another machine and your 9300 syncing will return.

i'd also like to know if anyone can confirm that this trick works with 10.4.3 and isync 2.1.1. i'm still running panther but have a new 3230, so i'll upgrade to tiger right away if it means i'll be able to sync. |
