10.4: Make OS X remember LEAP wireless networks

Be aware of a security hole if you follow Apple's directions. The settings for your various network locations are stored in the /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration folder, which is used by all accounts on your computer. Any other account, that has access to the System Preferences, can log into the computer, open the Airport Preferred Networks list, "Edit" the wireless network, click on the Show password checkbox and will see your LEAP login username and password in clear text. Depending on your environment, this could be the same as your email password, network share password, etc.
