This may work... test at your own risk, I do not have any of the files.
"Node Specifications" = (
    {
        "Graft Paths" = ({doNotCrossFilesystemBoundaries = 1; pattern = "~/Music/iTunes"; });
        "Node Specification Archive Version" = 1;
        Operation = Include;
        "Prune Paths" = ();
        Qualifier = "(typeCode = 1751868514) or (typeCode = 1295270432) or  (node.name.pathExtension = 'm4v')";
        "User Action" = Log;
    }
);
"Atomic" = 1;
"QuickPick Definition Archive Version" = "1";
"DocumentType" = 0;
also go into the the (in my case) English.proj->infoPlist.string and change the info to reflect your files info.
"Description" = "Backs up only the Video files purchased from the iTunes Music Store and iTunes playlists in the iTunes folder located in your home folder.";
"QuickPick Info Archive Version" = "1";
"Name" = "iTunes purchased Video";
I change one of my files extensions to m4v and it seemed to work ok.
