10.4: Clear old Console logs from 10.4 upgrade installs

Consider yourself lucky. For some people, large console.log files are generated daily.

Feel free to leave the completely obsolete files on your hard drive as you wish. Heck, keep them there for historical preservation! "Wow honey, look what I found! The great console.log of July 13th, 2005 - I remember that one, what a doosy!" ; - )

Just remember that it takes resources (RAM, VM, CPU, HD, HD Cache) to track every file and directory on your system, and if there is a lot of random litter strewn all over the spinning little magnetic platters in your HD(s), it can theoretically lead to slowdowns. Also, in this specific case, if you're ever unfortunate enough to have to look for problems, extra obsolete log files that look like non-obsolete log files could hamper your investigation and waste your time.
