Use Google Secure Access on a Mac
Authored by: whytoi on Sep 23, '05 01:22:29PM

Anyone care to provide a bit more info on this? Google seemed to be restricting some of its informercial pages.
1) Where can one find Google Wifi service? Something more specific than just "San Francisco area".
2) What network setting on OS X do we need to access this service.
3) Can we test this VPN connection while sitting at home on a broadband connection (behind a router)?
Thanks.

A bit more info. on the Network setup would be helpful.

When I run the script I get a "server not found" type of error, and if I copy/paste the info out of the file into Internet Connect, I get authentication errors.

I did finally get it to work using this discussion:

Got the details off the Google page and pasted them into IC, and it connected fine. However, I'm not sure now if my network requests are then going through the VPN, or via my regular connection. Any way to tell?
