Flash security settings

After installing the Flash player it's a good idea to look over your security settings.

In particular Flash has it's own version of "cookies" that is turned on by default I believe.

Repair permissions as well.

Get Disk Utility to repair your permissions as well. Lots of instances of files that should have owner 0 but actually owned by the user that installed them (usually 501 for a single-user machine), and
/Library/Internet Plug-Ins/flashplayer.xpt
has
-rw-r--r--
when it should be
-rw-rw-r--
.
