Fix Stickies' location after removing external monitor

I suspect both the above fixes are Tiger-only.

Stickies' Window menu in 10.3.9 does not have Arrange> as an option no matter what key(s) I hold down before or after the mouse-click.

Fix Stickies' location after removing external monitor

At least through Panther, whenever I simply unplugged my extended desktop monitor, everything that was on the extended desktop before would be out of the LCD screen's view. To regain access to those items, I simply go to System Preferences -> Displays, and click on "Detect Displays". This refreshes the setup and all the content from the extended desktop will then create a glorious clutter on my LCD screen. To make it even easier, choose to show displays in the menu bar, and you can activate the "Detect Displays" option without having to launch System Prefs. Hope this helps.
