10.4: Tell Mail not to include attachments on replies

For an English system, that preference is under "Composing" and is named "Quote the text of the original message". BTW: The sub-hint about using Cmd-Option-I to obtain this text even if this setting is disabled, is excellent and worthy of its own hint...

However, the topic of the original post is in regard to the file enclosures themselves. Cmd-Opt-I appears to always include any attachments, which is the opposite desire of the original poster, it seems. Leaving "Edit -> Attachments -> Include Original Attachments in Reply" UNselected appears to be what they were looking for - and what arguably "should" be somewhere in Preferences.
