Set iSync to synchronize to any arbitrary future timeframe
Authored by: jehrler on Aug 09, '05 03:48:51PM

In a .nib file (/Applications/iSync.app/Contents/PlugIns/ApplePhoneConduit.syncdevice/Contents/Resources/English.lproj/BTConduitUI.nib
) a user on the Apple forums found a reference to the length of events and I, in turn, found that this referenced was referencing dontSyncEventsAfterDateValue. I can find that via HexEdit in several locations in the ApplePhoneConduit but still haven't located where that value is stored.

Maybe someone smarter than I can help further.

I've the same problem with my Motorola Razr V3. I changed the MotorolaConduitUI.nib with the Interface Builder and saw 1/2 year instead of the original 8 weeks, but I got only 8 weeks synchronized with my mobile.
If you open the .nib file with the Interface Builder you see the dropdown button and you can change it values with the Inspector and also the Tag which is equivalent to the days which should be synchronized f.e. 1 week-> tag=7
