10.4: Fix an iSync/Palm Conduit install issue
Authored by: jereades on Jul 29, '05 07:02:15AM

There's also a user-level directory for Palm Conduits too -- so ~/Library/Application Support/...

I've had problems in the past with a conflict between the iSync conduit and the Entourage conduit both fighting for control of a HotSync operation. My solution was to install both conduits at the root-level (iSync didn't seem very happy when only installed at the user-level) and then *copy* the Apple conduit that I wanted to suppress to the target user's Disabled Conduits folder. This allows Entourage synchronisation to continue smoothly even with the iSync conduit installed.

It seems like something similar here would probably work.

Cheers.
