i think you probably just confused them. bluetooth is just the data link between the phone and the computer. the service provider (t-mobile, Sprint, etc.) has no authority or control over that link. (i still use my T68i from an old AT&T contract to link with bluetooth for use as a remote control unit though there is no phone number or outside service to the phone).

what you may need to find out is if you can fax over their lines once the call is made (and if there is an additional charge). but, that has zero to do with bluetooth and everything to do with the connection of the phone to the carrier's network just as if you had manually dialed the number to a fax line.
