Modify the Finder's visual animation settings

Tinkertool would probably use:
open /System/Library/CoreServices/Menu\ Extras/Eject.menu
(Using 10.3.9, I don't know if this has changed for Tiger).

Copy and paste into terminal, don't use above:

If you explore the parent directory (/System/Library/CoreServices/Menu Extras) you'll find a bunch of Menu Extras, some familiar some not so familiar, including the mysterious 'Home Sync' menu extra (Home on iPod, anyone? Although that's probably a discussion best left for Think Secret). Double-clicking [most of] these will add them to the Menu Bar. Command-drage of course removes them.
