10.4: Regain missing Sent and Drafts folders in Mail
Normally, to have access to a Sent folder nested in Inbox, you need to go in the .plist for mail and change the Sent folder path to
/INBOX/Sent (This may change a bit depending on the IMAP server). Check that file to see your configuration. Sadly, Mail does not let us change that from the preference pane.
Personnaly, I had to change a lot of things to be able to use my IMAP server (like Trash and Junk path).
