The following paragraph needs more attention - i.e., needs to be clearer in a step by step way.

In iCal you can set your first call as an event, with an alarm trigger. The call has resulted in your candidate-customer wanting more information sent to him by e-mail. For this task, you will create a To Do. Because you will want to follow up the results of your action, you will set an alarm at the time and day you want to e-mail him back to inform about his feedback. To set an alarm, first check the Due Date checkbox. For the alarm, you can set an audible alert, or even an e-mail being sent to your potential customer automatically.
