Backing up your mailboxes is good for transferring them, but here's another (somewhat obvious) thought... I discovered this one when I accidentally deleted all my local mailboxes, but discovered that the folders I had under my iTools account were still there. Much like my Hotmail (R.I.P.) in Entourage or OutlookE, all of it is stored at mac.com. Now really, instead of dragging it to a local folder in your mailbox drawer, why not just make a folder under your iTools account, and drag it there instead? Therefor, the next time you accidentally forget to back that up (yeah, yeah.... you can all laugh in this direction), it will be ready and waiting for you when you get back online.

Collin
