10.4: Save web pages for offline viewing in Safari

IE for PC can "dump" a whole site for offline viewing, including menus, links etc. Handy for a kiosk at a conference (where I needed to do this as unsure I would get an internet connection on my booth).

Can Safari do this - archive a whole site so that it can be browsed locally with drop down menus, hyplerlinks to other pages in the site etc?

Have tried to use DeepVacuum and WebDumper to do this, but if a site uses dynamic technology such as .asp or .php then it gets a little tricky to make the links to other pages on the site work.
