Old manual method had actually better sync support

I'd also used iCal Birthday Shifter in 10.3. When I synced my calendars with my Nokia 6600 via iSync, the birthday entries got nice little gift icons next to them. When i sync now with OS 10.4, the entries that iCal made directly from the address book just have normal icons.
Of course, this could also by iSync-related and not have anything to do with the iCal and the new birthday-calendar, I can't tell since I switched both simultaniously.

(While on to these more or less hinty hints, there is an Age-plugin for Adress Book available on VT/MU that automatically calculates the age. This was btw, in my opinion, the single most valuable feature in Tiger).
