10.4: Another Safari/QuickTime save movie tip

...anyone know how to do the opposite -- that is, to force Safari to play an mp3 file in a browser window (ie, pseudo-streaming) rather than downloading it? For instance, both of the links below are to plain old mp3 files (NOT streams), but one consistently opens in the browser, and the other one downloads and pops open in iTunes. Probably this has to do with the MIME type being specified by the server, but I wonder if there's a way to override to force it to open in browser, much like command-enter forces a file to download rather than play in the browser.

opens in safari: http://www.fair.org/audio/counterspin/052005.mp3
opens in itunes: http://wnyc.vo.llnwd.net/o1/otm/otm052005.mp3

any thoughts?

cheers
lucas
