This might be too obvious to mention? I'll mention it anyway:

tcpflow from lists compatibility with 10.3. It installed fine for me in 10.4 with no modifications on my part, and no errors.

Another useful modification is to substitute "wmv" for "mov" in the above command if it's a Windows Media file (and not a quicktime movie) that you're trying to save.

In either event, curl -o 'urlfilename_from_tcpdump' should save the "revealed" file.
