If you have Pro, all you have to do is click the downward facing arrow in the bottom right of the player and say save as quicktime movie (make sure that the quicktime movie has fully loaded).

I do have pro, but "Save as", as well as all the other methods described that work so well for other movies, doesn't seem to work for this movie. Usually a movie "loads", i.e the progress bar gets darker behind the playhead, but not in this instance.

QuickTime has an option which allows the creators of a movie to set it so that you're not allowed to save it. Yeah, it's pretty stupid (especially on movie trailers and other advertisements .. you'd think they would want people to be able to watch the ad over again) but the content creators wanted it so Apple added it at some point. (It is NOT new in QT7 .. it was added in 5 or 6.)
