10.4: Another Safari/QuickTime save movie tip
None of these methods seem to work for some streaming movies (Here's an example). Is this a different type of streaming than what is used in ITMS, etc...?

It's possible to get the links for the ITMS videos as well by using a tool such as tcpflow. I just run this command right before I download the video
The address for the video on Apple's servers pops up. This gets around all the qtch issues you get when saving from the ITMS. Hope this helps. Just remember to get tcpflow.

Just a note to newbies that your ethernet port might be en0 and not en1 as in the example above. To find out your ethernet port (or if you have multiple ports, which one is the primary internet connection) just type ifconfig at the command line.

Also, as an other note, tcpflow is available via Fink. Just make the obvious change to /sw/bin/tcpflow in the example.
