Fix Cisco VPN driver problems

this tip worked like a champ. thanks...

i forgot to mention that i clearly was having problems with the vpn client prior to this tip; the client would launch, but never complete the connection.

remember to sudo rm the /Library/Recepts/vpn* files and dirs since they're owned by root.

also, i am not sure if this made a difference but after i did the clean install, i followed another tip regarding unloading and loading the kext especially when switching locations:

> sudo kextunload /System/Library/Extensions/CiscoVPN.kext
> sudo kextload /System/Library/Extensions/CiscoVPN.kext

(where > is the prompt of course)

Fix Cisco VPN client

We should probably suggest that users back up thier connection profiles before running the uninstall program.

At my company, the pre-share key is not available to eveyone, so that users cannot build thier own tunnels.

I don't have the exact path in front of me, but I believe the profiles are in /opt/Cisco_VPN/Profiles or /etc/opt/cisco_vpn/profiles.

Can anyone correct me on the path?
