10.4: Add Motorola V710 Bluetooth support to iSync

As with other hacks to the system, this one disappears when 10.4.1 is installed over 10.4 using Software Update. You'll have to re-edit the .plist file after upgrading - something to remember with future updates too.

10.4: Add Motorola V710 Bluetooth support to iSync

My carrier is US Cellular, and the OS on the V710 I have is the same as the crippled Verizon one. I cannot use the hack posted because, sadly, Verizon updates don't affect my US Cell phone. Does anyone else use US Cell with the V710, and have you been able to sync using Bluetooth?

10.4: Add Motorola V710 Bluetooth support to iSync

Help! I must have upgraded to a new version of iSync (I'm using version 2.1), or maybe a new operating system (10.4.2), and I've lost the ability to sync up my phone book with my stupid Motorola 710! Making that work was one of my happiest computer achievements. I *did* re-edit the .plist file, but I'm still all grayed out. Any ideas? Thanks!
