Sync capabilities are still greyed out after the change you suggest. Are you on Verizon?

I'm on Verizon and just got this phone about a month ago. Do you have the latest firmware in the phone? If you ever tried to pair the phone with the computer before making the change that could cause a problem. You can try to delete the pairing and then repair it. The same goes for iSync. If you had ever synchronized with a USB cable make sure to remove the entry in iSync before pairing with Bluetooth. After a little fiddling around the iSync option became available to me in the new Bluetooth device setup, but I went through removing it from the Bluetooth device list and iSync a few times before I was successful. It's been working great every since.

WHat kind of fidgeting did you do to get your phone up and syncing? I've deleted my BT connection and reconnected about 6 times - no luck still! Any suggestions? My firmware is the same as listed in this post, and I deleted my BT preferences and restarted and still no luck!

Thanks.
