10.4: Add a Priority pop-up to Mail's message template
Did anyone else get confused the first time they selected customize, before realizing that the message window was no longer an active window, but rather a display of looks-functional options? My first reaction was to assume that the message window now offered all options for me to use, not a menu of choices.

No, I thought it was pretty easy to tell that it was in Customize mode. What I don't like is that if you default to having the cc and bcc fields turned off, the only way to turn on the cc field on a per-message basis is to choose Customize and turn on the cc checkbox. Why didn't they just put cc and bcc menu items in that popup?

Hmm. "Bcc" does appear in my list ... and if you hold shift while you hit "Customize", you can see the little text fields get un-squished. Looks weird. |
