10.4: Open all RSS Safari feeds in one tab
Authored by: rhahn on May 06, '05 11:40:01AM

What I did was collect all my feeds in an RSS Feeds bookmark, then created a smart list of RSS feeds to go into the bookmarks bar. This generates all feeds in an aggregate view.

Sorry for replying to my own post, but a couple of points:

1) if you create a smartlist of all your feeds and put it in the bookmarks bar, like I did, then you can quickly call up the feeds with a simple command-number, where number represents the position from the left on the bookmark bar (ie: if your feeds are in the extreme left spot, Command-1 opens that page) HOWEVER, the smart list doesn't report on the number of new feeds. I filed this as a bug to Apple.

2) Given 1), this almost goes without saying, but if you it the way AaronAdams described it, you will get the unread articles count, but you can't command-number access it. I haven't decided if that was a bug, so I haven't filed it.
