Remove certain entries from the Apple menu

Could this or something similar also be applied to context menus (mainly the one in Finder)? I assume this has to be contained in a file somewhere. There is a lot of clutter in this menu (for example 2 lines for Color Label and another 2 for folder actions) that i would never use and hate having to look at/mouse past to get to the items that i want.

For Folder Actions try moving the file 'FolderActionsMenu.plugin' out of /System/Library/Contextual Menu Items/ . I have not tried it, but I am guessing it will work.
