Just a note.

If you use the "Output options" outlined in the editors comment above, you can also click again and choose "Save custom setting". This allows you to avoid this step in future PDF (or PS) file saves. All you have to do then is choose the custom setting as opposed to standard when printing.

One more thing, when using the custom setting, the button does not change to "save" but remains "print", don't worry, it will still present a save as dialog box to you.
