Also found that Nicholas Riley's ICeCoffEE 1.4 causes [cmd]-click to open links in a new window or tab to stop working in Safari 1.3. He's likely coming out with a fix today but until then you need to go into APE manager and either turn off that functionality or put Safari in the exclusion list.
