(perhaps subjective, but ...) what do you guys think of OmniOutliner 2 vs. 3 ... worth the upgrade?

I think it seems nicer. I haven't explored all the new features yet, but the interface seems a little crisper, it will show you where page widths are delimited, and I like the inline notes. Supposedly the styles interface is easier (and it looks that way at a glance, but I haven't used it yet). I'm using the standard edition, it seems like it's worth the $20 to upgrade.

I was hesitant about the upgrade. I thought v3 looked a bit too busy and lacked the elegant simplicity of v2. But then I discovered that by turning off or disabling or hiding most of the new features, the interface is as clean as it was before.

And the new features are nice. I like being able to adjust the line spacing (extra space before important headings) and the export to Word in the Pro version is much better. You can, I think, load your v2 docs into the trial version of v3 Pro and export them, though...
