Open files in the trash can (revisited)

To ease finder navigation, I've created a shortcut in my home dir called "Trash" (no "." in font of "Trash") it, so that it appears in a normal finder window. To do this on the command line type:
ln -s ~/.Trash ~/Trash
quick and easy. >=]

Open files in the trash can (revisited)

This only works on the boot volume. For other volumes the path is

/Volumes/<VName>/.Trashes/<uid>/

where <VName> is usually the volume name (except when there are 2 volumes with the same name), and <uid> is the user's uid (usually 501 for the first user created).
