I use both-- Meteorologist on a G4 Powerbook and WeatherPop on a Dual 1GHz MDD machine. They _both_ have very annoying quirks so be prepared.
WeatherDock has none of these bugs and it's beautiful to look at and it's free.

I just tried out Weather Dock. Yes, it has pretty icons, but it lacks a radar image which I find critical. Living in Reno Nevada, it is incredibly useful to be able to see the regional radar in short order, especially with all the snow we have had lately. Meteorologist provides this in the menubar quite conveniently. WeatherDock appears to have no such feature.

Another gripe about WeatherDock: it seems to be an ad for weather.com/the weather channel. The icons are pretty though, fwiw.

All true.

The little ad doesn't bother me since wether.com is providing the data.

What's up Reno! I'm just down the street in Silver Springs.
