Seems like OmniWeb does it

Many years ago I used iCab, the little German browser that was the first to integrate banner filtering (since changed) and illustrate html compliance and non-compliance. It put DL URL in the comments from the beginning, a feature I have sorely missed since I had to stop using it, due to slow development.

BTW Anyone know of a Firefox/Mozilla plug to do this?

If you have registered iCab, you can now get a 3.0 beta.

No one on the Mozilla/Firefox teams seems particularly interested in this. However, the code is already in Camino (just not turned on) and Pinkerton recently said "Let's turn it on," so there's a good chance of it appearing soon in Camino.
