Another option
I'm a big fan of SafariKeywords
Sogudi vs. SafariKeywords
The Sogudi shortcuts window is launched directly from Safari; SafariKeywords uses System Preferences. SafariKeywords uses the search field so searches are saved; Sogudi uses the address field. I prefer Sogudi because I like having a long address field without the search field so long URLs fully visible more often.
Sogudi vs. SafariKeywords
I actually have a new version of SafariKeywords that uses Safari's prefs panel instead of SystemPreferences. I should have released that a while ago, but was too busy..
I hereby promise to release it on Sourceforge next weekend. BTW, the first incarnation of SafariKeywords was a hint here on macosxhints.com.
Sogudi vs. SafariKeywords
I'll probably stick with Sogudi as long as SafariKeywords uses the Google Search field that I prefer to hide. |
