Connect to a Microsoft ISA server

We have a Windows 2000 Domain, and have Mac OS X Panther with latest updates.

For Microsoft Isa Server to communicate with OS X clients, you need to have Basic and Integrated Modes enabled on the Isa server.

Then on the mac clients specify the name of the proxy server and list port 8080 for the approriate protcols listed in proxy pane of the network panel located in system preferences.

When an attempt is made to surf the Internet using Safari or IE, the user is then prompted for their username and password.

Domain Name\Username
and their Windows network account password.
