A shortcut to reach hidden folders in Open/Save dialogs
Authored by: stimpy on Aug 13, '04 01:11:32AM

I've always just hit Command-Shift-G (same shortcut as in the finder) in Open/Save dialog boxes which brings up the "Go to folder" dialog where I can type any path such as /usr.

That dialog also supports type ahead so if you type /usr/st then tab, it will autocomplete to /usr/standalone/
