Share app settings between OS X and OS 9

You can get some of this functionality by using the "Use Preferences from Home Folder" checkbox in the advanced tab of the Classic preference pane.

Unfortunately, this has to be set for each user account on the machine, and it is defaulted to being unchecked.

When classic is run for the first time with this setting, it gives you the option of copying the current "System Folder" files over to the user's home folder (at ~/Library/Classic)
