Add logic to smart playlists in iTunes 4.5
The exact functionality of the party shuffle would probably be tricky to replicate on the iPod. (Specifically, the ability to remove upcoming tracks from the list, and reshuffle the upcoming songs).

The "On The Go" playlist on the iPod already offers most of the Part List features that are possible to implement on the iPod, and even does some things better. It will not populate the list with random songs for you, but you can add songs to make your own queue by clicking and holding the center button when a song is selected. It will flash, and then it will be added to the On The Go list.. You can use this as a queue, as long as you have random play off. You can't re-sort them, or delete selected songs, or select a song to play immediately next as you can do on iTunes, but you can clear the playlist, and those features would be hard to implement on the iPod anyways.
