Indeed poor Rob, but I hope that the forums and the website become a little more stable. Recently I have been getting MySQL errors rather often. Either somehting is wrong with the databases and needs to be fixed or it is even worse.

The only thing I can say: thanks for maintaining the site and kudos for being transparent. It tells a lot about your integrity.

It's a RAM issue on the server; it's been killing the MySQL and/or HTTPD processes randomly at times. On top of that, our host has had some issues with routers, it seems, as the box has been unavailable for some folks while fine for others.

We're working on it, trying to get some more RAM in the box at least ... and if anyone knows of anyone offering dedicated (or even colocated) Dual XServe hosting at reasonable rates with lots of bandwidth, please let me know :).
