Network an HP DeskJet in a mixed Mac/PC environment

A Windows machine is no longer needed to set up the Buffalo USB Print server. Also, the module is set by default to use DHCP. So, if you are plugging it into a router running a DHCP server, IGNORE the directions in the manual - simply point your browser to the IP address that is assigned to the print server module, and the setup menu will load.

This advice is working for me, with one serious problem: graphics print extremely poorly (very pixelated and dim, way off color).

Any advice on getting graphics to print close to what they print when the HP printer is hooked up via USB?

I have a OfficeJet D145, if it matters. FWIW; the default HP print drivers really suck, I could only print the last page of any multi-page print job :(
