Display unread mail count in the menubar
Authored by: Rufus on Apr 21, '04 02:04:12PM

After much lurking, this is my first post, I thought I just tell you all how I've set up my finder, I use a combi approach: on my main screen I have Fruitmenu ($10 http://www.unsanity.com/haxies/fruitmenu) on the left, and ASM (Application Switcher Menu v2.0.3 free, 2.1b purchaseable http://www.vercruesse.de/software $15) on the right, the dock has a few apple apps, plus Yadal a dock launcher (free, no available link at present), in the menubar I have Tigerlaunch (free, http://ranchero.com/tigerlaunch), on my left hand screen I have a dock emulator Workstrip (£19-$33 in intro period then $38, http://www.softchaos.com/products/ws3/ove.html), these I punctuate with Launchbar 3/4b, Butler (the f9 function, conflicts with quark) afterwise I would use it more, and occassionally your old favorite Quicksilver.

I also use Avosmac2Bureaux (free, http://pageperso.aol.fr/avosmac/Avosmac/Avosmac2Bureaux.sit) to swop out my dock when neccessary.

Iclock also gives a running applications (right hand menu) option if you want to throw in other functions.
