If you check the source, as well as the documentation included with WinSwitch, you'll see that the author specifically suppresses any users with UIDs < 500.

And, with version 1.2, it no longer displays users on a local NetInfo network, but only the users defined on the _local_ system. Exactly as desired.

In all, WinSwitch is a PERFECT implementation of Fast User Switching, with more-logical display options in effect. It's great to see developers doing such a great job, and even improving on Apple's implementation.
