Change volume in iTunes when it is not focused
or the freeware Butler (which does this and much more).
Change volume in iTunes when it is not focused
sorry, I should say the donationware Butler.
Butler rocks!
I'd never heard of this little gem before.. but it's so nicely done and so extremely configurable, I'm thinking about sending the guy some $$ just based on a first impression.
Butler rocks!
It was a Pick of the Week a while ago – but at that time it was called Another Launcher. It's evolved quite a bit (For one, the interface is MUCH easier to use now). It's my favorite mac software now – it replaces so many things. I can browser my filesystem form a menu, get iTunes controls and status windows, A multi-item pasteboard list at the touch of a hotkey, access to my preferences, one key command to search the web or open apps via abbreviations, Replacement for the hug Fast User Switching menu, list of all running apps, access to my Address book contacts form a menu, without opening address book (It'll even enlarge phone numbers and addresses to see form across the room, or open your email client with a new message) – all from one single menu (or many menus if you wish) |
